Krister Henriksson
It we really nice to have met and photographed Swedish actor Krister Henriksson last week in London, Krister is best know as Kurt Wallander in Henning Mankell’s widely praised Swedish TV series Wallander.
Krister will soon make his West End debut in Doktor Glas at the Wyndham’s Theatre from 16th April – 11th May. In this 19th-century period drama the character of Glas is not unlike the doomy melancholic Wallander and it is this that I tried to show in my images – I photographed Krister alone by the stage door and also as he walked around nearby Leicester Square, I wished to portray him alone in his thoughts.
