We can photograph all types of events such as drink receptions, award ceremonies, parties, black tie dinners, promotions, kick-offs, product launches & exhibitions.
Before your event we will discuss your ideas & requirements, our aim is then to turn your wishes into amazing images. If you wish we can also film your event.
We regularly photograph smaller events that can be covered by just 1 or 2 photographers, when required for larger events we have a team of 4 professional photographers.
At the end of the event your images will be saved & secured on external hard drives in different locations and with encrypted copies secured in the cloud.
After the event your images will be put into our post production where each image will be individually colour adjusted and corrected.
When the post production is complete your high-resolution files will be made available for you to conveniently download them online.

AWARDS CEREMONY A selection of images from the NACFB Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony attended by over 700 people. The evenings award ceremony host Gyles Brandreth introduced the sponsors that announced the winners of the 12 industry awards, in the evening we also had our amazing stand alone photo booth in action.
AWARDS CEREMONY Images from an assignemet by Goodacre UK to photograph the City of London Wealth Awards (COLWMA) at the magnificent 800 year old Guildhall. Some 37 awards were presented with the 1st awards presentation taking place in the Livery Hall followed by a 2nd after dinner awards presentation in the grandeur of the Great Hall.
SUMMER BALL We were delighted to have photographed The Royal Air Force Club’s Centenary Summer Ball that celebrated the 100 years of The Royal Air Force RAF 1918-2018 and had a 1920s theme with the club decorated accordingly and with their guests dressed in 1920s attire.
AWARDS CEREMONY A selection of images taken for our client Whatuni that held its annual Student Choice Awards in London based on reviews by over 26,000 students. The 12 awards were presented by comedian, actor and writer David Mitchell.
LAUNCH EVENT A selection of images from a MCIA launch event held at the London Transport Museum. We also provided videography services at the event.
NETWORKING EVENT Britain’s most recognised and admired athlete Dame Kelly Holmes speaking at a corporate networking event organised by the Barton Partnership. The networking event held at Freemasons Hall, London attracted 200+ attendees.
DINNER EVENT A black tie dinner awards event held by the The Institute Of Physics at the InterContinental Hotel, Mayfair. The brief included taking images of the awards presentation, guests mingling and key note speaker Professor Brian Cox.
DRINKS RECEPTION EVENT A small selection of images taken for our client the Skylar Group who held a corporate event in their Knightsbridge offices.The brief was to capture the essence of the event with detail images of the designer furnishings, speeches and invited guests. We photographed the guests in a mixture of group images and candid shots which we felt worked well together.
AWARDS CEREMONY Bluebird Care held their inaugural Bluebird Care Awards ceremony that took place at the historic Fortnum and Mason on Piccadilly. Images included guests enjoying a special afternoon tea and images of the winners receiving their awards.
DRINKS RECEPTION EVENT Our returning client Mills & Reeve held an evening drinks event to show clients their new offices in The City of London. The brief was to take exterior building images and images of guests enjoying themselves in a reportage style and with some group images of guests.

LUNCH EVENT A commission from The European Jewish Congress (EJC) to photograph their Executive members who visited the Houses of Parliament for a lunch hosted by the Speaker of the House of Commons, the Rt. Hon. John Bercow MP in the presence of several MPs. Images included the Rt. Hon. John Bercow together with the EJC President Dr. Moshe Kantor during their discussions and the handing over of a book present during the lunch.
DINNER EVENT A conference and dinner event photographed for The Institute Of Physics in London. We captured the events highlight of a Scholarship Celebration Dinner that was used for publicity, marketing, PR and promotional purposes. Images included guest speaker the Rt. Hon Michael Gove MP and a rich mixture of photographs showing both formal and reportage style images during the afternoon tea, speeches and celebration dinner. We also photographed 62 individual scholar portraits with mobile studio lighting during the course of the evening.
CHRISTMAS PARTY A Christmas Party held by The Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK at the Landmark Hotel in Marylebone - which is also the ‘Swedish District’ of London. A fun evening was had by the 500 guests, there was also a much appreciated appearance by Lucia who is celebrated on Saint Lucia day in Sweden on the 13th of December.
EXHIBITION EVENT Science for growth, an event held by The Institute Of Physics at the House of Commons Terrace Pavilion by the River Thames. Images included guests networking, exhibition stands and speakers.

CELEBRATION EVENT A wonderful evening was held by the Hyde Park Sepentine Swimming Club who celebrated their 150th anniversary with a black tie dinner held at the Caledonian Club, Belgravia. Event images included the dinner event & speakers and a large group picture of all the guests and a group picture of the board.
DINNER EVENT A large event with 1,500 attendees held at Grosvenor House, Mayfair.
