Awards Event Photography
During the week I was assigned by the Royal Geographical Society to photograph this year’s medals and awards ceremony at the society’s wonderful premises and gardens in Kensington.
Amongst the 17 recipients, Professor Geoffrey Boulton and Hans Rosling were awarded Royal Medals, which have been approved by Her Majesty the Queen and are amongst the highest honours of their kind in the world. After the awards ceremony Geoffrey & Hans held a short presentation of their work in the society’s auditorium.
