Queen Elizabeth II dies aged 96
Britain’s longest-reigning monarch Queen Elizabeth II died at the age of 96, peacefully at her home of Balmoral.
Thousands of people gathered outside Buckingham Palace to pay respects to Her Majesty the Queen following the announcement of her death.
