We are experts in photo editing and have 10 years experience in cutting out headshot images for our clients that can be used on various backgrounds.

We have developed and refined our own unique process whereby all your staff can take an image of themselves from the safety and comfort of their own home by using one of our Headshot Kits and a mobile phone.

They then send us a selection of images that go into our professional post production that transforms them into headshots that will have the same overall appearance matching all the other received employee images.

STEP 1 - THE DELIVERY

Each employee will receive our Home Headshot Background Kit which we post directly.

Not at home? No problem it fits through a standard size letterbox.

STEP 2 - THE PHOTOGRAPHY GUIDE

An easy step by step PDF guide of how the photograph is to be taken will be sent to you to pass onto your employees.

STEP 3 - THE PHOTOGRAPHY

Key is that the photograph is taken by someone else such as a partner, friend or family member. The photograph can be taken with a modern smartphone, tablet or digital camera.

STEP 4 - THE POSE

To give you a rich choice of images for different usage 3 poses are required: Standing straight on to the camera, and then turned to the left and then turned to the right.

STEP 5 - THE TRANSFER

The images are then sent to us using the free file-sharing transfer service from WeTransfer, or by email direct from your smartphone.

STEP 6 - OUR PRO POST PRODUCTION

Image choices can be made in your dedicated gallery and when we have received your choices the images will then go into our professional post production.
