Before the conference we will discuss your ideas & requirements, our aim is then to turn your wishes into amazing images. If required we can also film your conference.
We regularly photograph conferences that are covered by 1 or 2 photographers, when required we are a team of 4 professional photographers.
At the end of the event your images will be saved & secured on external hard drives in different locations and with encrypted copies secured in the cloud.
After the conference your images will be put into our post production where each image will be individually colour adjusted and corrected.
When the post production is complete your high-resolution files will be made available for you to conveniently download them online.

TEAM BUILDING CONFERENCE We photographed a 3 day conference for Team Spirit Events. Activities included team building events and discussions. One of the event dinners was held a a fun dart venue, at another dinner the waiters that served them turned out not to be waiters but were in fact magicians who then entertained them during the evening. We were a team of 3 conference photographers that covered all their activities.
MEDICAL CONFERENCE We were delighted to have photographed for the third consecutive year the Patients as Partners EU 2 day conference conference organised by The Conference Forum who have assigned us to photograph all of their London conferences over the past 5 years.
ENGINEERING CONFERENCE A 3 day conference for Royal Academy of Engineering. We photographed the key note participants and the delegates networking with each other. Images also included a sight seeing boat trip along the River Thames and a dinner at the wonderful tropical garden in the Barbican’s Conservatory.
MEDICAL CONFERENCE Images from an assignemet by Pathway who held a 2 day conference about health & homelessness with 49 speakers, plenary sessions and 3 daily parallel sessions.
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE Images from a 3 day conference for the Ceuta Group to cover their International Conference in London. Over the 3 days we photographed the welcome reception, keynote speech, conference sessions, delegate group photo, exhibition, pre-dinner drinks & gala dinner. We loved the conference scene that was constructed, very colourful and with an art deco feel.
TRANSPORT CONFERENCE A one day conference for the Highways Term Maintenance Association (HTMA). Our conference photography included providing images of the registration, conference branding, panel debates, keynote speakers, detail images & networking during the luncheon and coffee breaks.
GLOBAL SUMMIT The conference was attended by many leading travel executives and CEO’s from airlines around the world. This was a large conference spread over 3 days with some 800 attendees, at Earthy Photography we had 2 conference photographers covering all the many events and break out sessions. We also photographed all the sponsors branding. Apart from the daytime conference photography we photographed an evening event at the Hampton Court Palace and a gala dinner and awards evening.
CAREERS CONFERENCE A well attended one day conference by Woman Returners a consultancy, coaching and network organisation that focuses exclusively on enabling talented professionals to return to work after an extended career break.
MEDICAL CONFERENCE We were delighted to have been asked by The Conference Forum for the third year to photograph the 3rd annual DPharm Europe Conference – Disruptive Innovations to Advance Clinical Trials event.
EDUCATION CONFERENCE For the second year we were asked by Whatuni to photograph their Whatuni insights day conference where throughout the day they explored what teaching excellence and student satisfaction means, and how universities can market it successfully. In the evening we photographed their awards ceremony.
TEAM BUILDING CONFERENCE A fun team building 2 day conference held by our client Mabey with delegates that flew in from around from around. It was successful conference with a lot of laughter at the different team presentations on the final day.
TRAVEL CONFERENCE A packed one day conference for Revenue by Design. We photographed the keynote speech and also the 39 industry leading speakers. Images also included networking during the coffee breaks, breakout sessions with industry experts and interviews held on the main scene.
MEDICAL CONFERENCE We were thrilled to have been commissioned by The Conference Forum to photograph their inaugural Patients as Partners Europe Conference in London. From a photographers view point this 2 day conference was a pleasure to photograph as the scene lighting was perfect.
LEGAL CONFERENCE The inaugural Words to Deeds conference was helf in the wonderful venue The Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn - one of the four Inns of Court which have the exclusive right to call men and women to the Bar of England and Wales. We supplied images of the speakers and of the delegates networking, we also supplied live social media images that each delegate could post to their own social media. We had also set up a mobile studio whereby during the breaks people could have their corporate headshots taken.
WORKSHOP CONFERENCE This was a two day London conference for Cubiks with 150 delegates flying in from around the world. Day 1 was a business development workshop was held which had a combination of presentations in theatre-style; business simulation games conducted in groups. An evening dinner & informal award ceremony was held at The Banking Hall in Cornhill. Day 2 saw an early 7am start for some 30 delegates who ran the 5km Tower Bridge run. The rest of the day saw the conclusion of the business development workshop.
GLOBAL CONVENTION When Yokohama Rubber became Chelsea’s new shirt sponsor they held a global convention at Stamford Bridge. Manager Jose Mourinho and 10 other first team players also attended. The brief included capturing images of the 200 delegates networking and mingling and also images of the 8 speakers including the directors. I also photographed a team shot of all the delegates in the stand from which I took from Chelsea’s pitch.
NETWORKING CONFERENCE The views from The Shard are magnificent as was the light that filled the rooms where our client Wealth Wizards held a conference with the aim to bring together the most knowledgeable people into one room and predict how a future advice industry using AI might look.
TRAVEL CONFERENCE For the second year we were asked by Revenue by Design to photograph their conference that was this year held at the Hilton Bankside in London SE1. Images included the keynote speech, speeches, and the delegates networking during the coffee breaks.
MEDICAL CONFERENCE A large two-day London conference held by the AESGP & WSMI attended by around 450 delegates. The brief was to photograph the 42 speakers and the delegates networking with each other and to supply images for the newsletter that was published each day. The conference ended with a spectacular dinner event held at The Pavilion at the Tower of London.
NETWORKING CONFERENCE A small selection of images taken for our client the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in the UK. This was a one day conference held at the magnificent Mansion House in the City of London, the brief was to capture candid images of the invited guests mingling and images of the speakers.
