An assignment for Sweden’s Dagens Nyheter about Jonas Björkman former World No. 4 and triple Wimbledon doubles champion. Jonas is now coach for Andy Murray.
French coach Amélie Mauresmo started coaching Andy about a year ago and Jonas joined the team in April and will take over as head coach when Amélie will shortly be giving birth and will go on parental leave. Andy Murray has not lost a match since Jonas joined the team and yesterday Andy’s winning streak continued and saw him overcome a shoulder problem to storm past Italian Andreas Seppi in four sets.
