Olympic Stadium and Stratford Traders

Reportage for the Swedish daily newspaper Dagens Nyheter about how the Olympics Games will effect local businesses. As always there are 2 sides to a story, those that gain and those that suffer.

The only access for the tens of thousands of daily visitors arriving at Stratford going to the London Olympic Stadium will be via the new Westfield shopping centre.
A short distance from the Olympic Stadium many businesses and traders will suffer with closed roads which make it impossible for their customers to visit them. Many local shops in this part of East London expect no visitors at all during the games.
