Corporate Portraits City of London

Last week we were assigned by a Swedish financial newspaper to take portraits of Andrew Milligan, Head of Global Strategy with Standard Life Investments. We met up with Andrew at his offices on the 34th floor of the “the Gherkin” (officially called 30 St Mary Axe) in The City of London.
We felt these portraits taken by Marianne worked very well and captured the unmistakable architecture of the Gherkin together with the Standard Life offices magnificent panoramic views over London. We utilised the early setting Autumn sun in the background and bounced a flash off a high beam high to Andrews’s left which picked him out very nicely against the background.

The City of London provides local government and policing services for the financial and commercial heart of Britain, the ‘Square Mile’ and it here that we regularly photograph Corporate & Business Portraits at our clients offices.
